Because we have developed our own software the works seemlessly with QuickBooks you can switch to our Merchant partner which can provide lower rates. This could save you a bundle each month. Plus with the new batch feature there is no need to remember who to manually charge each month. You can ask for all customers with a balance who want to pay by credit card and then the software can charge them and auto apply the payments in QuickBooks

 

If you are using another merchant service, our partner can match or beat your current rate. In addition, we will save you the office labor costs of manually charging and entering all your payments. Also, with batch processing, your margin of error will decrease and you will be following credit card number security rules.

 

Cost:  $10 per month plus .05 per transaction. *
